These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the sale of our publications by Spool Photo Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Our Publications

We design, produce, and sell our own original photographic books and magazines. All content is created and published by us. While we aim to present product descriptions and images as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Delivery times vary. Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services. Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout.

7. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

8. Cancellations and Returns

You have the legal right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. You must notify us via email, and return items within 14 days in resaleable condition. We’ll refund item(s) and basic delivery cost within 30 days of receiving returned goods. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly suggest you use a recorded or tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days if items are damaged or incorrect. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return postage if appropriate.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the intellectual property of Spool Photo Ltd unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to process your order and in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not share your data without your consent.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
