Spool Photo Ltd – Shipping & Returns Policy

1.Shipping

Our standard shipping destination is the UK only. However if you are outside the UK and wish to make a purchase then send us an email at spoolphoto@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

We dispatch all orders within 6 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–3 days. International delivery times vary. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties or local taxes.

2. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. You then have another 14 days to return the item in resaleable condition. We will refund the item and basic postage. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We strongly suggest you use a recorded or tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days if you have received damaged or incorrect items. Should the product arrive in a damaged state please send us a photograph to spoolphoto@gmail. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange or full refund including return postage if appropriate. If the item is incorrect please contact by email and we will arrange a replacement.
