1. Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 5 working days. UK delivery usually takes 1–3 days. International delivery times vary. Buyers are responsible for customs duties or local taxes. DO WE WANT TO SAY ANYTHING HERE ABOUT THE COURIER / POSTAGE SERVICE WE USE? 

2. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. You then have another 14 days to return the item in resaleable condition. We refund the item and basic postage. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We strongly suggest you use a recorded or tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund or replace the item and reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs.
